Getting Started with Your BlueBanana Dashboard
1️⃣ Check Your Email
You’ll receive a login email — click the link to access your BlueBanana dashboard.
2️⃣ Complete Your Profile
Go to Settings → Business Profile and fill in all your business details (name, address, phone, hours, website).
3️⃣ Connect Your Social Accounts
Go to Settings → Integrations and connect your Facebook and Instagram business pages (they must be business profiles).
4️⃣ Add Your Payment Method
Click Billing in the sidebar and add your card on file.
5️⃣ Set Your Availability
Go to Calendars to view your schedule. If you want to block certain days or hours, you can edit them here — otherwise, your Google Calendar will automatically manage your availability once connected.
6️⃣ Track Your Leads
Open Opportunities to see all your leads organized by stage — New Lead, Hot Lead, Booked, or Cold.
7️⃣ Monitor Everything in One Place
Your dashboard shows every message, booking, and lead at a glance — so you can manage everything in one place.
💎 Connect Google Calendar, Google Booking, and Social Messengers with BlueBanana
Follow these simple steps to make sure your Google and social accounts are fully connected so BlueBanana can manage your bookings, messages, and reminders automatically.
Step 1 – Verify Your Profile Email
Before connecting anything, go to Settings → Profile in your BlueBanana dashboard.
Make sure the email address in your profile matches the same Google account you plan to connect for your calendar.
⚠️ If the emails don’t match, your bookings will not sync correctly.
Step 2 – Connect Your Google Account
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Under Google, click Connect and log in using your Google Business account (the same one used for your Google Business Profile).
Approve all permissions — especially for Calendar and Location access.
Step 3 – Connect to Your Google Business Profile
Still in Settings → Integrations, scroll down to Google Location and connect it to your Google Business Profile (GMB).
This allows BlueBanana to communicate directly with your Google listing for bookings and automation.
Step 4 – Connect Your Google Calendar
Go to Settings → Calendars.
Hover over your booking calendar and click Edit Calendar.
Open Notifications & Additional Options, then scroll to Google Calendar Sync.
Choose your Google Calendar and turn 2-Way Sync ON.
Click Save, then make a quick test booking — it should appear in your Google Calendar within a minute.
💡 Once 2-Way Sync is on:
You don’t need to update or edit the calendar inside BlueBanana manually.
Any appointment or personal event you add in Google Calendar will automatically block that time in BlueBanana.
Any new booking made through BlueBanana or Google will appear instantly in your Google Calendar.
Step 5 – Enable Google Organic Booking (“Book Now” Button on Google)
Go to Settings → Business Info and make sure your Business Name, Address, Phone, and Website exactly match your Google Business Profile.
Go to Settings → Calendars → Edit Calendar → Google Organic Booking.
Click Enable Google Organic Booking.
Verify your location details and service names, then click Save.
Wait 24–48 hours for Google approval.
✅ Once approved, a Book Now button will appear directly on your Google listing so customers can book you instantly.
Step 6 – Connect Facebook and Instagram Business Messengers
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Under Facebook and Instagram, click Connect.
Log in using your Facebook Business Page account and Instagram Business account.
Approve all requested permissions so BlueBanana can send and receive messages.
💡 Once connected, all your customer messages from Facebook, Instagram, and Google will appear together inside your BlueBanana inbox — so you can respond to everyone from one place.
Step 7 – Test Everything
After all connections are complete:
Go to your Google Calendar and create a test booking.
Confirm it appears in your BlueBanana dashboard automatically.
Search your business name on Google to confirm your Book Now button is active.
Send a message from your Facebook or Instagram page to test that it arrives in BlueBanana.

Click Help / Instructions on the left menu.
Go to Settings → Business Profile and fill out ALL your business details.

Click Calendars → My Staff Calendar to set your available days and booking times, then hit Save.
